A flexible central heating system is installed with thermostatic controls using LPG gas supply.

Telephone

BT points are installed in the sitting room, kitchen and master bedroom. A further telephone point is included in the smallest bedroom, should you wish to use it as a study or computer room.

Ten Year Guarentee

Every property is independently surveyed during construction by the NHBC, to ensure the highest standards are adhered to throughout. Your home will receive its Ten Year Guarantee upon structural completion.

The property has an alarm system and mains powered smoke detectors installed. A secutiry lamp is fitted to illuminate the rear garden.
